About the event

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for Feria! 2023 our 1st Annual Fundraising Fair, where we showcase "fundraising exhibits reaching ideal audiences".

💛 Our event guests joining us at Feria! 2023, will purchase tickets before entering so they can join in on the food and fun but more importantly explore the possibilities of networking, collaboration, purchasing from your pop-up shop, hiring, and/or booking you as one of the island's top fundraising providers.

The majority of our event guests are representatives from Guam's nonprofits, government agencies, their partners, and businesses from all industries. This means we are expecting event guests from all over the island who are students of all ages, parent leaders, educators, care-providers, nonprofit leaders, government agencies, corporate reps, and more who are looking to book their fundraising opportunities to meet their goals and missions! 💛

YOUR EVENT VENDOR TICKET INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING UPON PAYMENT:

  • One 10' X 10' spot to pop up, sell, and promote your business, for the Feria! 2023
  • Scheduled for Thursday, November 16th 2023 from 10am - 7pm  
  • Please note: Not all vending spots have direct electrical outlet access. Only those who have invested to be "Prime Vendors" have direct access to electrical outlets. Extension cords and lines will not be allowed to be run on the floor or overhead. Charging capabilities will be allowed backstage and at the Event Coordinator stations near the Event Registration and Tickets area. Charging packs and personal power inverters are allowed, but MUST NOT be gas-powered.
  • Food & drinks by the Lotte Hotel for one vendor representative
  • Your name and business info in an event app for our guest's convenience
  • Your name and business info in a printed catalog of Feria! 2023
  • Training and resources to create, operate and promote your own fundraising program to expand your business

UPON PAYMENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING VIA THE EMAIL:

  • Vendor Information Registration Link (This info is required so we can create custom graphics for you)
  • Contract (A copy of this may be reviewed before payment here at this link: LINK)
  • Vendor Success Packet
  • Link to Vendor Training Videos & Tips

AFTER THE VENDOR INFORMATION REGISTRATION LINK HAS BEEN COMPLETED, YOU WILL RECEIVE:

  • Customized Digital Graphics with your logo
  • Customized Video with your logo
  • Additional Promo Media general to the Feria! 2023
  • Event Interview and Promotional Media Schedule (Updated as we get closer to the event and provided at this link: LINK)

  • EARLYBIRD VENDOR: REGULAR

    Thank you for your interest in becoming an earlybird regular vendor! This space is approximately 10 feet X 10 feet, and is considered as "Regular" due to not having any electrical outlet access. Extension chords and lines will not be allowed to be run on the floor or overhead. Charging capabilities will be allowed back stage and at the Event Coordinator stations near the Event Registration and Tickets area. Charging packs and personal power inverters are allowed, MUST NOT be gas-powered.

  • EARLYBIRD VENDOR: PRIME

    Thank you for your interest in becoming an earlybird prime vendor! This space is approximately 10 feet X 10 feet, and is considered as "Prime" due to having electrical outlet access because extension chords and lines will not be allowed to be run on the floor or overhead. These areas are also ideal for higher foot traffic, more impressions, accessibilities, and spacious display installation opportunities a bit outside of the allotted 10' X 10' space.
